Travel grant for research with the Judy Chicago Art Education Collection

Interested in visiting the Judy Chicago Art Education Collection at Penn State? Special Collections announces four travel awards of $1,500 this year for researchers whose work would benefit from access to the collections held at Penn State. Three of the travel awards could be for research with the Judy Chicago Art Education Collection, particular the first one.

The 2014 travel grants include:

• One award for research using any of the Special Collections Library collections;

• Two awards for research related to women writers;

Awards will be selected based on the quality of proposed research and its relevance to Special Collections holdings.

The deadline for application is February 28, 2014.

Grant recipients will be announced by March 31, 2014.

Awards would apply to travel between June to August of 2014.
